BOOKING CONDITIONS
All bookings
must be on official BOOKING FORM and completed and signed
by the person who is responsible for the booking, (provisional
booking may be made by phone but we must receive the deposit
and completed Booking Form before we can confirm the booking .)
DEPOSIT : A deposit of 25% of the total booking fee forms part of
the payment of the holiday, the deposit must be received before
the reservation can be confirmed.
YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
RIGHT
TO DECLINE: Carlingford Adventure Centre has the right
to decline a booking for any reason. Persons participating
in activities or courses do so voluntarily and at their own
risk and no claims shall be made against Carlingford Adventure
Centre in respect of any injury or loss arising therefrom.
UNDERTAKING & UNDERSTANDING

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking
fee will confirm your booking, with the balance due 6
weeks prior to commencement date. |

Persons participating shall be water confident to partake
in the activities. It is the responsibility of parent/guardian
to test this ability themselves. |
3. |
Participating persons shall adhere to all safety regulations. |
4. |
Participating persons shall be physically fit to partake
in the activities. |
5. |
The Activities on your programme are potentially hazardous.
Whilst we at Carlingford Adventure Centre take every
precaution for your safety, you undertake all activities
at your own risk and Carlingford Adventure Centre is not
liable for any injury incurred by you howsoever caused. |

PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT OR SIGNED BOOKING FORM WILL BE REGARDED
TO BE EVIDENCE OF ACCEPTANCE OF AND CONSENT TO THESE CONDITIONS. |
